While it’s true that if the girls and parents are playing and signing up for travel ball, they should know these rules already, that is not the reality. Here’s are generic Player and Parent Codes of Conduct I used once.
Feel free to edit it to suit your team and remember that these are not a ‘legal’ documents. Use them at your own risk.

You all have a great code of conduct written up already!! I am just starting with a number of other new coaches at a nearby high school and this is wonderful. When it popped up in Word, I was even more surprised and glad I clicked on the link.
